This file upload process can handle file sizes up to 500MB (Megabyte). Please contact your Technical Support Staff to determine the best means of sending larger files.

Please be aware that these files are transferred via the HTTP protocol which does not support the “resume” feature should your download be interrupted.

Because only one file can be uploaded/downloaded at a time, we advise that clients zip all of their files together prior to uploading/downloading from the site.

For security reasons, we advise that clients encrypt their data, or secure it with a password which uses alphanumeric characters, numbers, and lower/upper case letter combinations. Should you encrypt or password protect your data, please send the access information in a separate e-mail, or via the telephone.

All files will be automatically deleted within 7 days.
